CHI St. Vincent in Arkansas is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU Stepdown Unit. You will provide direct patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and families to ensure safe transitions from intensive care.

As our Registered Nurse at CHI St. Vincent in our ICU Stepdown Unit, you will help patients transitioning from intensive care achieve optimal health and independence so they can return home safely and confidently.
Every day you will provide direct patient care, including medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and managing complex patient needs. You will be expected to collaborate effectively with physicians, other health-care providers, and patients and their families.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills.
We are offering a sign on bonus up to $25,000 to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer additional pay for participation in our clinical ladder as well as referral bonuses, excellent benefits, tuition reimbursement and relocation assistance.
