Step Down Unit - Registered Nurse - $2,164 per week

Trusted Health is seeking an experienced nurse for this travel assignment in the Step Down Unit. This role supports patients on a Progressive Care/Step-Down unit with a mix of cardiac and general care needs. Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Step Down Unit (PCU) with adult and geriatric patients, including cardiac-related conditions.
• Read and interpret patient strips and monitor critical data as part of daily care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain documentation and comply with unit policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have 24 months of Step Down Unit experience, with some experience in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of PCU (Step Down) experience.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
• Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required for submission).
• Travel role; local candidates are not eligible. Candidates must reside >50 miles from the facility.
• COVID vaccination required after submission; declinations not accepted.
• Licenses/Certifications: BLS, ACLS; RN license in ND; ability to meet additional facility-specific requirements.
