Job Overview

Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for a travel nursing assignment in a Rehabilitation Unit.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Rehabilitation Unit experience within the past 3 years.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license.
• This role will require floating to multiple units.
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Upload any certifications or health documents to expedite the on-boarding process.

Additional Details

Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.

Required Skills/Experience: Strong Med/Surg Rehab experience needed.

Floating Requirements: Will float to Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, Peds, and ER for patients going to Med/Surg.

7 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/24/2025, 12/25/2025, 12/31/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

2 references from last 2 years required for submission. Proof of identification required.
