Experience & Requirements

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 24 months of Step Down Unit experience within the past 4 years.

Licensing & Eligibility

• Candidates must have an Iowa license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Pre-employment & Documentation

• Pre-employment modules may be required. Upload certifications or health documents to your profile to expedite onboarding.

Floating & Schedule

• Floating: May float to ICU if appropriate and has experience
• Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend and 1 major, 1 minor holiday
