Job summary

MetroHealth in Berea, OH seeks a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step-Down Unit (7 West). The role features 72 bi-weekly hours on a rotating shift (7a-7p/7p-7a) with weekends and holidays rotated, in a 24-bed unit. Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.

Required qualifications include Ohio RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and a nursing degree from an accredited program. BSN preferred; tuition reimbursement and strong benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license required.
• AHA BLS for healthcare providers required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the Critical Care Step-Down Unit (7 West) with 24 beds.
• Utilize EKG interpretation, line care, and respiratory support in patient management.
