Job summary

MetroHealth in Ohio seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step-Down unit (7 West). You will work 72 hours bi-weekly on rotating shifts (7a-7p/7p-7a) with weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications include Ohio RN licensure, BLS/ACLS within required timelines, and a BSN is preferred. MetroHealth offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible experienced RNs of this unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Ohio RN licensure.
• Current BLS (and ACLS within 6 months) or obtained within hire period.

Responsibilities

• Provide care on Critical Care Step-Down unit (CCSD), 24-bed unit.
• Collaborate with PCNAs, interns, providers, and therapy teams.
• Utilize telemetry, manage airway and respiratory support as needed.
