• Experience recruiting STEM researchers, postdocs, grads, or research staff.
• Experience with universities, laboratories, or research institutions.

Aufgaben

• Develop university, faculty, postdoctoral office and scientific-network recruiting channels.
• Source STEM researchers and students aligned to laboratory needs, including outreach, applications and interviews.
• Verify education and credentials against eligibility criteria and maintain complete candidate records.
• Coordinate technical screening with scientific reviewers and track applicants through appointment handoff.
• Maintain ATS data, pipeline metrics and candidate communications with timely follow-up.
