Boys & Girls Clubs Of Northeast Florida in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Co-Site Coordinator (STEM Lead) to provide leadership for STEM and enrichment programs for members ages 6 to 18. You will collaborate with the Site Coordinator to deliver curriculum and grant-aligned activities, and you may mentor youth development professionals.

Knowledge of youth development.
Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior issues.
Ability to work with the public.
Ability to plan and implement quality programs specific to academic development.
Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment.

Responsabilidades

Plan and run STEM/education programs for members.
Recruit and retain youth for educational programs.
Collaborate with staff to deliver programs during the school year.
Collect and maintain student grades and other educational data.
Ensure safety and positive environment; supervise program areas.
Prepare weekly reports for the Program Director.
Lead STEM initiatives and coordinate with partners.
