Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida is seeking a Co-Site Coordinator (STEM Lead) to provide leadership for STEM and enrichment programming while maintaining active instructional duties. Lead, develop, and implement STEM and academic enrichment activities aligned with 21st CCLC program goals, integrating STEM across multiple learning areas.

During STEM Lead hours, you will mentor staff, collaborate on curriculum delivery, and assist with recruitment, family engagement, and grant-driven

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a DCF Level II background screening and drug test.
Knowledge of youth development.
Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior issues.
Ability to work with the public.
Ability to plan and implement quality programs specific to academic development.
Ability to organize and supervise members in a safe environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement STEM and enrichment activities aligned with program goals.
Collaborate with staff to ensure curriculum delivery and grant compliance.
Mentor Youth Development Professionals and support teachers in embedding STEM concepts.
Assist with recruitment, family engagement events, evaluation activities, and other site-wide initiatives connected to grant-funded objectives.
