The YMCA of the East Bay is seeking energetic individuals to join the Y-Kids program in Albany. This part-time role supports structured before and after school activities, STEM-inspired learning, healthy snacks, and positive reinforcement for children.

You will assist with curriculum implementation, supervise children, and maintain a safe, engaging environment aligned with YMCA values of honesty, respect, responsibility, and caring.

Formación

• Must have 18+ years of age.
• Pediatric First Aid & CPR certificates or completion within 90 days.
• TB clearance and LiveScan fingerprinting.
• Pre-employment health screening requirement.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement curriculum within guidelines; prepare supplies.
• Supervise and support staff and participants.
• Ensure safe, healthy environment and proper discipline.
• Communicate with families about development and program activities.
• Maintain required program records and licensing compliance.
