Responsibilities

• Coordinate Summer Youth Programs and related initiatives.
• Develop innovative K-12 programs with partner schools.
• Manage pre/post-program logistics, applications, and evaluation.
• Support recruitment strategies to boost precollege enrollment.
• Plan staff training and orientation for program staff.
• Supervise temporary staff and student coordinators.
• Assist with program marketing and promotional materials.
• Deliver excellent service to students, schools, and partners.
• Prepare reports on impact, reach, and budgets.
• Contribute to strategic planning of outreach activities.
• Occasionally travel and work nontraditional hours as needed.
• Engage in university continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to safety training and background checks.
