Job summary

Boston Medical Center in Boston, MA seeks a Project Coordinator to support Hematology and Oncology programs, coordinating patient care and data for Stem Cell Transplant, Cellular Therapy, and Gene Therapy.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of experience, with strong MS Office skills, data reporting, and the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team, patients, caregivers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience).
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant post-collegiate professional experience.
• Previous project coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains full ownership of the program's patient list and master calendar.
• Coordinates pre-treatment requirements with patient, caregiver(s), and clinical team.
• Schedules the full treatment, coordinating with internal/external parties and vendors.
• Pre- and post-treatment reports, including eligibility checklists and discharge summaries.
• Maintains patient-specific shadow charts and acts as liaison between patient and clinical team.
• Facilitates monthly data review meetings and serves as Data Manager for the CIBMTR.
