Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the program’s patient list and calendar.
• Coordinate pre-treatment requirements with patient, caregiver(s), and clinical team.
• Schedule full treatment with internal/external parties and create individual calendars.
• Prepare pre- and post-treatment reports and maintain patient shadow charts.
• Serve as liaison between patient and clinical team.
• Facilitate monthly data review meetings.
• Maintain the program’s database and CIBMTR data management.
