• Maintains ownership of the program’s patient list and master calendar.
• Facilitates weekly program meetings and coordinates pre-treatment requirements.
• Schedules full treatment calendars and communicates with internal/external parties.
• Pre- and post-treatment reports and shadow chart organization.
• Acts as liaison between patient and clinical team.
• Facilitates monthly data review meetings and supports data management duties.
