Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Project Coordinator in the Stem Cell Transplant program. You will manage patient lists, calendars, and pre-treatment coordination while ensuring accurate data handling and reporting for complex hematology/oncology treatments.

The role involves scheduling, data submissions to registries, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support treatment planning and program compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience).
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant post-collegiate professional experience required.
• Previous project coordination also preferred.
• Excellent verbal/written English communication skills, including editing and proofreading abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient list and master calendar for the stem cell transplant program.
• Coordinate pre-treatment requirements with patient, caregiver(s), and clinical team.
• Schedule full treatment calendars and manage product pick-up/drop-off with manufacturers.
• Prepare pre- and post-treatment reports and maintain patient shadow charts.
• Serve as liaison between patient and clinical team; conduct monthly data reviews and data reporting.
