Job summary

UC San Diego's Sanford Stem Cell Institute is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support regenerative medicine studies. You will screen patients, coordinate protocols, collect specimens, and liaise with physicians and study sites.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in biology or related field, clinical research experience, IRB familiarity, and strong organizational skills. Occasional evenings/weekends and background check required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social or basic science such as Biology, Microbiology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients for eligibility and initiate treatment plans.
• Collect specimens and orient participating physicians.
• Coordinate with study sites and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide guidance to the research team and support supervisor as needed.
