Job summary

NORY is seeking passionate Afterschool Instructors to join its STEM enrichment program in NYC. You'll support students ages 3-12 after school hours, helping them explore coding and tech through engaging, hands-on activities.

Hours vary by school (typically 1–2 hours between 3–5 PM), with 1–4 days per week and compensation at $25/hour. Opportunities for growth exist within the program across Manhattan and Brooklyn campuses.

Responsibilities

• Preparation: Teachers should arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early for material setup.
• Lesson plan review, occasional training, and post-class clean-up.
• Materials Handling: lead teachers are responsible for collecting and returning materials to NORY HQ in Midtown Manhattan.
• Location: Manhattan and Brooklyn.
