Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Technical Documentation Control Intern in Portland, OR. You will support management of supplier and product data, ensuring accurate part information and cross-reference data for the digital commerce platform.

This hybrid internship offers exposure to data workflows and collaboration with Digital Portfolio, Procurement, and supplier partners, with potential to transition to full-time based on performance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or recently graduated (within 1 year).
• Strong technical writing ability and data handling skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data organization.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in agile, fast-paced teams.

Responsibilities

• Process part alternative data for the Digital Portfolio team.
• Support integration of supplier and product data into the digital commerce platform.
• Execute part alternative processing for all-makes and DTNA products.
• Improve data quality and workflows for part alternatives.
• Document best practices and standard work for part alternatives.
