ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. is seeking a CNC Operator for a first-shift role in a warehouse/production setting. The role emphasizes audit of process control documents, adherence to ISO14001 & TS16949 guidelines, and supporting production efficiency.

Strong reading/writing skills and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds are required. The position may involve overtime to meet production goals, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and collaboration with teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills required.
• Five (5) years manufacturing experience with preference in equipment assembly or high-speed equipment operation.
• Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work order instructions and prepare simple production reports.
• Basic math skills.
• Sufficient Manual dexterity to operate machines properly.
• Sufficient visual acuity (corrected) to read instructions, operate machines, and visually inspect parts products.
• Physical ability to stand and walk frequently; lift up to 25 pounds.
