Job summary

Tecta America Zero Company in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced steep-slope roofing crew lead to guide a skilled crew through shingle and steep-slope roofing, slate, siding, gutters, and related exterior trades.

This full-time role requires strong leadership (6 years on steep-slope roofs), safety focus, high-quality workmanship, and the ability to coordinate tasks on demanding rooftops. Pay range is $28-32 per hour, BOE.

Qualifications

• 6 years of leadership experience on steep slope roofs.
• Experience across roofing and exterior trades (shingle/steep-slope, slate, siding, gutters).
• Ability to lead and coordinate a crew with safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a steep-slope roofing crew on Cincinnati projects.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on steep roofs.
• Coordinate with crew and schedule tasks across roofing trades.
