We value six years of leadership experience on steep-slope roofs and the ability to guide a crew in performing high-quality work with attention to detail. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits.

• 6 years of leadership experience on steep-slope roofs.
• Experience across roofing and exterior trades.
• Ability to lead a crew and perform high-quality work on steep roofs.
• Promote safety and efficiency on steep-slope surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate roofing crews on steep-slope projects.
• Ensure safety, quality and timely completion of work.
• Inspect installations and supervise exterior trades coordination.
• Train and mentor crew members for best practices.
