Tecta America Zero Company in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced, versatile steep-slope roofing crew lead to join our team. You will lead a crew on shingle and steep-slope roofing projects, ensuring safety and high-quality workmanship on every job.

Candidates should have at least 6 years of leadership on steep-slope roofs and hands-on experience with slate roofing, carpentry, siding, gutter installation, and exterior trades.

Qualifications

• 6 years of leadership experience on steep-slope roofs.
• Experience with shingle/steep-slope roofing, slate roofing, carpentry, siding, and exterior trades.
• Ability to work safely on steep roofs and lead a crew.

Tecta America Zero Company is looking for an experienced, versatile shingle/steep-slope roofing crew lead to join our Cincinnati team.

Pay range: $28-32 BOE

We are seeking a skilled crew leader with experience across a variety of roofing and exterior trades, including:

• Shingle & steep-slope roofing
• Slate roofing
• Woodwork & carpentry
• Siding installation and repair
• Gutter installation and repair
• Working safely and efficiently on steep-slope roofs
• Performing high-quality work with strong attention to detail
• 6 years of leadership experience on steep slope roofs
