Qualifications

• 6 years of leadership experience on steep slope roofs.
• Experience across a variety of roofing and exterior trades.
• Shingle/steep-slope roofing experience.
• Slate roofing experience.
• Woodwork & carpentry experience.
• Siding installation and repair experience.
• Gutter installation and repair experience.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently on steep-slope roofs.
• High-quality work with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the steep-slope roofing crew on assigned projects.
• Coordinate tasks, safety, and quality control on site.
• Mentor and supervise crew members to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with foremen and customers as needed.
