Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Learn and develop skills to navigate CMMS and drawing systems to improve inventory management and reliability of critical assets
• Develop a process similar to ESB’s for a primary project focused on a \"Reliability Challenge\"
• Create a tool for SMEs to identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement before downtime occurs
• Design the process to be simple and user-friendly for consistent application
• Ensure the project captures both downtime risks and improvement opportunities
• Incorporate enhancements to LOTOTO plans specific to each asset within the process

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
• Completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester
• Full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
• Preferred majors: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Basic experience in mechanical and/or electrical print reading
