Develop a process similar to ESB’s for a primary project focused on a “Reliability Challenge”.
Create a tool for SMEs to use routinely to identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement before downtime occurs.
Design the process to be simple and user‑friendly for consistent application.
Ensure the project captures both downtime risks and improvement opportunities.
Incorporate enhancements to LOTOTO plans specific to each asset within the process.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester.
Must be a full‑time student attending an accredited two‑year or four‑year college/university.
Preferred majors: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related.
Basic experience in mechanical and/or electrical print reading.
