Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or paint line experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds frequently.
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and troubleshoot equipment.
• Frequently push, pull, and lift 30–50 pounds.
• Climb stairs as needed during the shift.
• Perform additional duties to support production operations.
