Job summary

Responsibilities include ensuring PPE compliance, coaching employees, maintaining accurate reporting, coordinating with maintenance, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proven people management ability to develop a team.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Computer skills with ERP and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Technical background in injection molding, steel, paint lines or high‑speed assembly preferred.
• Lean or Six Sigma qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment and PPE usage for all team members.
• Train team members and monitor on‑the‑job training and cross‑training.
• Lead and motivate up to 45 resources to meet hourly/daily targets.
• Communicate product quality and productivity, assisting corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate hourly/daily production reporting and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with maintenance on machine/tool issues affecting production.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions and proper communication of issues.
• Complete daily job orders and manage assignments/time-off requests.
• Promote a visual workplace with status boards and metrics.
