Main Duties & Responsibilities

Steel Set Up Op– 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Set up Operator to join our team on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM). The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment and be able to perform physically demanding work. Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the set up/troubleshooting
• Frequently push, pull, and lift 30-50 pounds.
• Climb stairs as needed throughout the workday.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or paint line experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Pay: Starting pay is based on prior experience and qualifications.
