Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Proven experience in project management and estimating within the steel construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of steel construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to collect project details and specifications.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules and work plans for effective coordination.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
