• Pay or shift range: $16 USD to $17.50 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Summary:

The Steel Operator works directly with team members to support production initiatives. They perform duties such as set-up, operate, and tend various machines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operates specialty equipment which may include but is not limited to hand tools, grinders, presses, hydraulic shears, punches, saws, drills, and industrial rollers.
• Produce quality work that meets company expectations.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly manner.
• Satisfy the company attendance requirements.
• Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
