Job summary

PlayCore Holdings, Inc. seeks skilled Project Fabricators to join our fabrication team. The role focuses on constructing components from steel and other materials, reading drawings, and using fabrication machinery.

Candidates should have strong construction trades experience, with at least 2 years in steel fabrication and a structural welding certification. We offer year-round work, PTO, holidays, health and 401(k), and opportunities for travel and advancement.

• Pay or shift range: $21 USD to $33 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Summary

We are seeking skilled Project Fabricators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction trades, structural welding, and steel fabrication. This position involves the fabrication of components for both standard and custom products using steel and various other materials. Candidates must be team-oriented and bring a positive attitude to the job sit

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Fabricate components for standard and custom products using steel and other materials
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Operate fabrication machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Safety: Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations by all employees
• Quality: Assure all decks are checked and identified properly
• Productivity: Maintain utilization specified by supervisor and/or lead
• Coordinates: Communicate with other operators on any issues or shortages to supervisor or lead
• Team player and willing to work closely with others
• Dexterity: Employee would work with their hands, and need to be able to lift or hold heavy items

Education and/or Experience
