Job summary

Kinsley Steel, in Richmond, VA, seeks a Material Handler to support the fabrication shop with loading/unloading steel, transferring steel to production tables, and forklift operation. You will help feeders and tables while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience with overhead cranes, forklift operation, basic math, and flexibility for overtime and Saturday shifts, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety compliance.

Qualifications

Experience operating a forklift.
Must have overhead crane experience.
Able to perform basic math.

Responsibilities

Operate forklift as needed
Perform rigging work including jacking and staking
Load and unload steel from trucks
Load steel to transfer tables to feed production line
Support fabrication shop with various duties
