Job summary

Kinsley Steel, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join our on-site team. You will prepare structural steel, assist with loading and unloading, and support the production line to keep jobs moving efficiently.

This full-time role requires 2-3 years of overhead crane experience, forklift operation, and the ability to work 2nd shift. Overtime and Saturdays may be necessary. We value safety, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-3 years of overhead crane experience.
• Forklift operation is required.
• Maintains a positive, effective working atmosphere with coworkers, clients and supervisors.
• Complies with safety policies and procedures.
• Must work 2nd shift.
• Overtime and Saturdays may be required.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Able to work in hot/cold environments.
• Stand for up to 10 hours.
• Must be organized and multi-task in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift as needed.
• Perform rigging work including jacking and staking.
• Load and unload steel from trucks.
• Load steel to transfer tables to feed production line.
• Support fabrication shop with various duties.
