Job summary

Kinsley Steel, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler for our on-site fabrication facility. The role focuses on preparing structural steel, loading and unloading from trucks, and assisting production through safe, efficient material handling.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience with overhead cranes and forklift operation, can stand up to 10 hours, and is able to work 2nd shift and overtime. Safety-minded teamwork is essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience with overhead cranes.
• Forklift operation required.
• Must be able to work 2nd shift and overtime.
• Able to stand for up to 10 hours in hot/cold environments.
• Good math skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift as needed
• Perform rigging work including jacking and staking
• Load and unload steel from trucks
• Load steel to transfer tables to feed production line
• Support fabrication shop with other duties as required
