Job summary

Kinsley Steel, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support our Hanover Iron Works facility. The role focuses on staging and prepping steel items, loading and unloading, and assisting with fabrication shop operations to ensure timely production.

The position requires hand-on experience with forklifts, crane awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following safety protocols. On-site work with overtime potential is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts.
• Ability to work with heavy materials and welding/grinding environments.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Stage and prep steel items for paint.
• Operate forklift as needed.
• Perform rigging work to move materials as required.
• Bring in or remove steel from the shop as needed.
• Perform other duties as required to support the fabrication shop.
