Job summary

Southeast Tube Incorporated in Cadiz, KY is seeking a Material Handler to move steel within our service center under supervision. You will operate forklift and/or overhead cranes, receive and ship materials in the computer system, stock and stage materials, and maintain accurate counts in a safe, organized work environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and forklift/crane certification.

Qualifications

• Forklift and/or crane certification preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and/or overhead cranes to transport material within the service center.
• Receive and/or ship material into the computer system as needed.
• Stock and rotate materials; stage for sales and production orders.
• Verify counts and ensure accurate material handling in a timely manner.
