Kinsley Steel, Inc. is hiring a Full Time Machine Operator to set up and run a range of fabrication shop equipment on the 2nd shift. You will follow CAD drawings, select appropriate settings, and ensure parts meet design specs while maintaining quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Must read CAD drawings and notes.
• Able to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch.
• Stand for long periods and maintain safety.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional.
• Experience with CNC machines preferred.
• Experience with overhead crane preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate fabrication shop equipment.
• Select machine settings for processing.
• Measure materials to spec.
• Identify material type, stock size and dimensions.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
• Record daily operations and materials usage.
