Responsibilities

• Review data and drawings to determine material and labor requirements and prepare itemized cost estimates.
• Compute cost factors and prepare estimates for planning, scheduling, bids, and change orders.
• Consult with customers, subs, vendors to discuss and formulate estimates.
• Maintain bid lists and contact information with subcontractors.
• Serve as main preconstruction contact and pursue new opportunities for the organization.
• Collaborate with estimating and project teams to facilitate award of projects.
