Qualifications

Expertise with self-perform steel erection scopes of significant size.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, and Procore.
Responsibilities
Create the project start-up guide and QA program.
Build a 1–2 month look-ahead work schedule.
Schedule labor, materials, and equipment; know EWM procedures.
Purchase project construction materials.
Read and understand contracts with owners and subcontractors.
Develop and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, and contractors.
Participate in project planning meetings and set sequence for field teams.
Assist PM with estimating change orders.
Plan site logistics within budget and schedule.
Foresee and mitigate schedule conflicts with subcontractors and self-performed work.
