Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 10+ years of supervisory construction experience.
• Expertise with self-perform steel erection scopes of significant size.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Create the project start-up guide and QA program.
• Build a 1–2 month look-ahead work schedule.
• Schedule labor, materials, and equipment; know EWM procedures.
• Purchase project construction materials.
• Read and understand contracts with owners and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, and contractors.
• Participate in project planning meetings and set sequence for field teams.
• Assist PM with estimating change orders.
• Plan site logistics within budget and schedule.
• Foresee and mitigate schedule conflicts with subcontractors and self-performed work.
