Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; 10+ years in construction as a supervisor.
• Expertise with self-perform steel erection scopes of significant size.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiar with Primavera and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Create project start-up guide and QA program.
• Build 1–2 month look-ahead schedule.
• Schedule labor, materials, equipment; know EWM procedures.
• Purchase project construction materials and read contracts with owners/subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, engineers, craft workforce, and contractors.
• Participate in project planning meetings; set sequence for field work.
• Assist PM with estimating change orders and sequence site logistics within budget.
• Foresee and mitigate schedule conflicts with subcontractors and self-performed work.
