Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Transactional Service Manager - Steam to plan, implement, and manage Steam Turbine service scopes for customer contracts, outages, inspections, maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and parts execution.

You will serve as the primary interface between Mitsubishi Power, field service teams, and customers, ensuring safe, reliable, and on-time execution with strong collaboration across engineering, operations, and finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and business documents.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with field service planning and outages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for Steam Turbine outages and maintenance.
• Coordinate scope requirements with engineering, field service, and customers.
• Develop outage schedules and budgets; manage costs and reporting.
• Provide primary customer contact for outage planning.
