Mitsubishi Power Americas seeks an Engineer III, Controls Service – Steam Turbine to lead and execute advanced steam turbine control modifications, troubleshooting, and field support. You will interpret narratives, sequences, and interfaces across GT/BOP/HRSG systems, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, developing control logic improvements, and supporting outages, commissioning, and performance optimization

Formación

• MS or BS in Engineering (Controls, Electrical or Mechanical).
• Minimum 6 years of relevant work in controls engineering, turbine controls, or commissioning.
• Experience with steam turbine controls, logic, protection interfaces, and instrumentation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the evaluation and enhancement of steam turbine control system operations, including start-up, loading, protection logic, and field implementation.
• Provide technical support to resolve outages, commissioning, and operating events with time-critical response as needed.
• Serve as SME for service engineering support on control narratives, sequences, and hardware interfaces.
• Prepare and review design documents (SAMA logic, control narratives, procedures) and support validation and commissioning.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and ensure compliance with procedures and company standards.
