Job summary

Pablo Center is seeking an organized, energetic, and dependable coordinator to support STEAM programs, afterschool clubs, summer classes, outreach, and special events at the Pablo Center at the Confluence in Eau Claire.

This hands-on role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork, and the coordinator will manage multiple programs while collaborating with the Education & Outreach Manager and team.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Experience with budgets, expenses, or financial tracking.
• Experience organizing and reporting data.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage registrations, payments, forms, records, and program files.
• Communicate with families, instructors, volunteers, interns, mentors, and partners.
• Coordinate schedules, supplies, materials, and program logistics.
• Support classes, camps, robotics teams, youth programs, outreach, and events.
• Solve problems and help improve program processes.
• Assist with administrative support to the Education & Outreach Manager.
