Job summary

EP!C is seeking an Art Coordinator to oversee the EP!Casso Art Program across Community Day Services and local schools. You will plan and teach diverse art classes, manage supplies and inventory, track outcomes, and assist with grant proposals to fund the program.

You will attend community events to promote the program and sell artwork, coordinate artist commissions with Accounting, and ensure HIPAA compliance and timely reporting. A driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in art or human services preferred, but equivalent experience considered
  • Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance required
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform office-related activities

Responsibilities

  • Oversee art program operations across community day services, local high schools, and classes at EP!C
  • Plan and execute art classes, manage supplies, inventory, and sales of artwork
  • Maintain program budget and track outcomes; prepare monthly reports
  • Assist with grant proposals and grant outcome tracking
  • Attend community events to promote the program and sell artwork
  • Ensure HIPAA and confidentiality requirements are met
  • Prepare curricula and teach diverse art classes and mediums
  • Coordinate payments to artists and liaise with Accounting on commissions
  • Maintain a well-supplied, attractive art studio and display completed works
