Job summary

Nexplore is seeking an enthusiastic instructor to lead hands-on after-school STEM and arts classes. You will deliver engaging lessons from provided curriculum and materials, with support from a dedicated Program Success Manager and regional staff.

Teach weekday afternoons, maintain a safe, fun classroom, and coordinate with our team to ensure student success. AA degree or higher preferred; teaching experience valued.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children
• AA degree or higher; Chess ranking (DELETE FOR SPORTS)
• 2+ years teaching, instructing or coaching (preferred)
• Educational, training or youth-development experience
• Teaching degree or certificate is a plus
• Reliable transportation, and able to commit to every scheduled date

$55 per hour of class | $100 for two classes per day

Schedule

Day(s) : Monday - Friday

Class time(s) : Classes run between the times of 3:50 - 6:00 typically 60 minute blocks

Nexplore Instructor Role
