Station Casinos LLC. is seeking a hands-on kitchen leader to support the Executive Chef and team across all station responsibilities in a high-volume resort setting.

You will oversee production, enforce standards, and deliver courteous, efficient service to guests and Team Members while maintaining a clean, organized dining environment. Role requires initiative and strong attention to detail.

Formación

• Must obtain work cards for the jurisdiction, including Clark County Health Card.
• Must manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
• Must maintain great attention to detail to uphold unit appearance and operating standards.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Executive Chef, Assistant Executive Chef, Room Chef, and Assistant Room Chef in daily operations.
• Oversee production responsibilities to ensure quality and consistency.
• Provide professional, courteous service to guests and Team Members while keeping a clean, attractive environment.
