Conklin Metal Industries is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate for the Knoxville, TN location. This hands-on role keeps you moving as you help ensure accurate and timely product fulfillment while supporting a team-focused environment.

You will operate a forklift, pull and pack orders, load trucks, and maintain inventory accuracy. The schedule is Monday–Friday, typically 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with overtime as needed and regular pay weekly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Safety-first mindset
• Dependability and strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move and organize material
• Pull, stage, pack, and load customer orders
• Load and unload trucks
• Check incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Organize inventory and complete shipping/receiving paperwork
