Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move products and materials in a fast-paced distribution environment in Knoxville, TN. The role emphasizes safe operation of powered industrial equipment and accuracy in inventory tasks within a leading 3PL provider.

You will perform loading/unloading, labeling, paperwork, and cycle counts while maintaining safety and quality standards integral to our operations.

Qualifications

Minimum two years of forklift operating experience.
Licensed forklift operator or ability to obtain license.
Pass background and drug screen.
Basic computer skills.
Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Safely operate Powered Industrial Equipment to move products or materials for distribution (sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamp, picker).
Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
Scan products and print labels as needed.
Complete paperwork and use inventory management systems.
Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
Complete cycle counts as required.
Perform daily forklift safety inspections and keep the facility inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA, and customers.
Assist with housekeeping tasks and other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
