Symetra Financial Corporation is seeking a Claims Supervisor to lead a team of examiners in the Short-Term Disability unit. You will mentor, coach, and organize activities to ensure accurate adjudication, quality, productivity, and strong service for claimants and policyholders.
You will supervise workflow, set production objectives, collaborate with sales, underwriting, actuarial and other partners, conduct file reviews, and drive ongoing training and development for the team while modeling
This position is responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our claimants, policyholders, and the claims department. Plan, mentor, organize and coach activities within the Claims Unit and ultimately be responsible for the quality of work, productivity and service of a team of claims examiners.

Hourly Range: $27.10 - $45.16 plus eligibility for annual bonus program.
