Job summary

Destination Geneva National is seeking a Stay & Play Manager to drive golf group sales and create five-star vacation experiences. You will prospect new corporate golf events, manage Stay & Play packages, and coordinate with golf operations and lodging teams to secure bookings and grow revenue.

The role emphasizes on-site event leadership, client communication, and seamless execution from inquiry to completion, with a focus on delivering an outstanding guest experience at Lake Geneva.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in hospitality sales or related field is required.
• General knowledge of golf and vacation booking processes is preferred.
• Strong ability to prospect and close golf group sales.

Responsibilities

• Drive golf group sales by actively prospecting, developing, and securing golf outings, tournaments, corporate golf events, Stay & Play packages, and other group golf business.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and golf groups to generate new and repeat business.
• Respond to incoming leads; prepare proposals and contracts; conduct site visits; negotiate terms; close business to achieve goals.
